This Privacy Policy explains how AVA-GROUP ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with your use of the QR Scanner: Card & Generator mobile application (the "App") on Android devices.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Privacy-first design: QR Scanner: Card & Generator operates entirely offline. No personal data is collected, transmitted, or stored on external servers. Everything stays on your device.

1. What the App does

QR Scanner: Card & Generator is a QR code and barcode utility application that provides the following features:

• Real-time scanning of QR codes and barcodes using the device camera
• Scanning and parsing business cards to extract contact information locally
• Creation of custom QR codes for URLs, text, Wi-Fi credentials, contacts, calendar events, and more
• Local scan history with full-text search, stored entirely on your device
• Generation of Wi-Fi QR codes using credentials you provide — credentials never leave your device
• Dark and light display modes following your system preferences
• Full offline functionality — no internet connection required for any core feature

2. Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. The App does not require you to create an account, does not request your name or email address, and does not transmit any data to our servers or to any third party.

Data generated by your use of the App — such as scan history and created QR codes — exists solely on your device's local storage and is under your complete control.

3. Device permissions

The following permissions are requested and used strictly for the purposes described below. No permission is used for tracking, profiling, or data collection.

Permission	Purpose
CAMERA	Required to capture QR codes, barcodes, and business cards using the device camera. No images or video frames are stored or transmitted at any point.
READ CONTACTS	Accessed only when you explicitly choose to generate a contact QR code from an existing contact. Contact data is processed locally and never stored in the app database or transmitted externally.
READ / WRITE CALENDAR	Used only when you explicitly add a scanned calendar event to your calendar. The app reads only the fields necessary to create the event and does not access any existing calendar data.
LOCATION	Used only when you explicitly request to embed your current location into a QR code. Location data is used once, in-memory, and is never stored or transmitted.
FLASHLIGHT	Used to activate the device torch to illuminate subjects in low-light conditions during scanning. Controlled entirely by the user through the in-app toggle.

4. Data storage and offline operation

QR Scanner: Card & Generator is designed as a fully offline application. All data — including your scan history, created QR codes, and preferences — is stored locally on your device only using the operating system's local storage APIs. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

You may clear all locally stored data at any time by clearing the app's data through your device settings, or by using the clear history option within the app.

5. Data sharing and third parties

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any user data to third parties — because we do not collect any. The App contains no third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, or tracking.

6. Data retention

Since all app data is stored locally on your device, retention is controlled entirely by you. You can delete scan history, created QR codes, or all app data at any time through the app's settings or through your device's app management settings. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.

7. Security

We take the security of your data seriously. Since QR Scanner: Card & Generator processes all data locally on your device:

• No data is transmitted over the network by the App itself, eliminating network-level security risks.
• Data is stored using the Android operating system's standard local storage mechanisms, which are sandboxed from other applications.
• The App does not use any external databases or cloud storage for user content.

We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date and using a device lock screen to protect all apps on your device.

8. Your rights and choices

You have full control over your data:

• Access and deletion: All your data is on your device. You can view and delete it at any time within the App or through device settings.
• Permission revocation: You can revoke any permission granted to the App at any time through your device's Settings → Apps → QR Scanner: Card & Generator → Permissions.
• Complete data removal: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data permanently.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, applicable laws, or our practices. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. For significant changes, we will provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
